Brush off those old gumboots, grab the tractor and head for Hahei Beach’s famous Tractor Bash. 

This is your big moment to parade the family heirloom around the streets of Hahei, showing off to hundreds of like-minded tractor nuts.

It all starts Friday night from 7PM with a BBQ fundraiser at the Hahei Fire Station to register your tug-o-war team, Sunday Swim and late Tractor registrations. Wine and dine at the local Hahei restaurants and bars.

Saturday
Time to decorate your tractor and get out and about in the area.

Cathedral Cove Macadamias 'Free Open Day' at the Orchard 11am – 2pm, Mercury Bay Estate, live music 2pm –5pm, Beach Habitat – Gifts & yummy deli items, Hahei Store featuring wine tasting from Cooks Beach Vineyard.

Saturday night Restaurant Crawl with great food, wine and live music at Hahei’s local restaurants/bars.

Sunday
10 am the “The Big Event” – Tractor Parade through the streets of Hahei. Assembly point Kotare Reserve carpark, Pa Road 9 am. Judging at the beachfront car park with celebrity judges and prizes for the best vintage, most extreme, best paint job, etc.

Food stalls, novelty races, games & prizes for kids of all ages on the Beach Reserve.

Autumn Swim and sausage sizzle at 12 pm run by the Hot Water Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

Registrations are open to anyone with a tractor who wishes to enter.
